Travel in London

Below is a guide on how best to get to our two school buildings, which are both centrally located in Zone 1, located within 5 minutes walking of each other. We recommend buying an Oyster card for the duration of your time here.

Student Discounts

Students who study for at least 15 hours per week for 14 weeks can get a Student Oyster card. With this card, students get a 30% discount on journeys. Our receptionists will help you apply online. It takes just a few days for your card to arrive.

An Oyster Card is a plastic card that is used as a travel card. Your credit and travel card information is stored electronically on the card. It can be used on the London Underground, buses and most local overground trains.

Tube

You can travel to school by tube. Leicester Square tube station (which is on the Northern and Piccadilly Lines) is next to our Great Newport Street school. If you are studying at our Denmark Street building (just 4 minutes walk from the other building) you can go to Tottenham Court Road Tube (which is on the Northern and Central Lines). The school is less than a 2 minute walk from the tube station.

Bus

Depending on where you are living in London, our school is served by numerous buses which will drop you off just outside either school. Ask our reception staff the best bus for your particular location.
