The following information is to help all Avalon agents in the promotion and selling of our courses.


How to book
You can enrol a student on-line using the on-line booking system. You will need to use the Agent ID when booking a student on-line. Once the details have been entered, a member of the reception team will call you to clarify the booking details. When entering the details please provide your email address and not the student's so that the invoice can be sent to you.

You will receive two invoices – a gross and net invoice – by email. Payment is minus the commission and must be paid by bank transfer or cheque.
You can only book the General English and Cambridge exam* courses online.

For Intensive courses please email the marketing department for further information and booking details.


Payments to agents
All commission is based on the course and registration fee.


Payment Procedures
You can pay by bank transfer or cheque. All bank charges will be paid by the agent.

Student Terms and Conditions
Please provide all students with a copy of the Student terms and conditions in the student’s language so that they fully understand Avalon’s rules.


Cancellations:

Please refer to the terms and conditions for cancelation charges under a heading Payments and Refunds.

 

* Booking Cambridge Exam courses online is subject to the student passing an entrance test at the school. If they fail the entrance test then the student will be put into an appropriate General English language class for that level. For all other courses you must book th8is in Reception when you visit the school.
